How do I remove a 2nd phone from my account i

I want to remove the second number from my account, it's sim only

Is it PAYG? You can remove those yourself.

Is there a reason you are looking to cancel the second number?

 

You can call us on 150 and we will be able to help you cancel the SIM only for you, you would need to give us 30 days' notice to cancel the second number 🙂
