This site is really difficult to navigate .. anyone be able to tell me how to get onto live chat? I move to new house soon and can’t get past choose add ons to log the request ..

They will be closed now but in the morning log into your MyEE account and wait for the pop up to appear once an agent is available.

If you are wanting to move your broadband with a house move, then live chat is not for broadband. For that you need to phone EE.

Its ok thanks it took so long to navigate the site and chat was impossible i gave up.. I rang in today and spoke to a very helpful chap, and am now awaiting my internet, tv and phone connection .
Your People are great and im no technophobe but the site is difficult to navigate and i will now avoid at all cost .
