I have just set up an online EE account but made some mistakes. First I had a mistake on my email address, so don't know if someone else can access my details. Then when I do manage to set myself up I find I am a user and not the bill payer. But I am the only user and am the bill payer for this phone. Where can I get help for this to get my self set up properly?

Thank you both for responding. I cannot actually find live chat on my EE page. I can see phone numbers, text ideas but not live chat. Yes I am on a personal contract with EE.
