i had a phone on pay month but swapped it over to pay as you go. But it no longer shows up on my account. How do I that phone to my online account?
Do you have other contracts currently on your MyEE a/c? If so, you can't add a PAYG to it but must create a separate a/c for it.

Have you tried selecting manage another device?
I believe all mobile numbers need to be under the same billing account to be able to be under the same My EE.
