I am having problems adding a 4Gee wifi number to my EE account. I follow the add additional number but it is not registering when I log in to manage the device. Any ideas?

Hello @ColinW140 is this a PAYG or PAYM 4GEE WiFi number?
Currently only PAYM 4GEE WiFi numbers can be registered for a MY EE online account. You can do this by logging in and navigating to MY EE>Account settings>Add number:
It is not possible to register PAYG 4GEE WiFi numbers and EE are aware of the problem. The registration gets stuck when asking you to connect your device and it is not possible to proceed further. 🙂

Thanks Tom222, it is PAYG. Your comments regarding the registering of the device on my EE account are exactly what I am experiencing. Maybe there will be a solution in the future from EE.

Has this issue been fixed yet?
Its been a very long time and your website still implies that it is possible even though its not been working for a number of years now.

Which "following steps" are you talking about? I have tried all previous steps with the same results as describe above.

Hi has this issue been resolved yet? As of 05/08/2018 I am still unable to add a 4GEE WiFi number to my account to enable data top ups for PAYG. Thanks.
