How can you change roles on your EE account?

I had trouble creating an account with EE at first therefore an adviser set it up for me via the Live Chat however they've listed me as a user not the bill payer for some reason.

Log into your online account and then Menu- Account settings and ensure both options are ticked. 

 

Log out and back in.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
