How can't I see family usage on the ee app as trying to send my nephew some data


I'm trying to send my nephew some of my data I have 29gb left and I am on monthly contract and I can't see the family usage button on the app all I can see is the current usage button? Xxx

Does your nephew have a monthly contract under the same online a/c? You both need to be on the same a/c in order to gift him data. If he isn't, that's why you can't see any family usage.
