How can I have an account and be logged in but I cant upgrade on line?

I can log in but as soon as I try and upgrade online it tells me my account has been cancelled but I'm logged in, I have been an Ee customer for many many years

@EBots-2016   You’ll need to call the mobile care team on 150 so they can look in to your account and see why it’s doing this.

I'd recommend following @Chris_B's advice and contacting our Mobile Care team.

 

They will have access to your account and also be able to help with your upgrade.
