How can I delete my website account?

When two years ago I bought a package, I also made an account in the EE website, through which I was able to manage my package. Then I went back to my country for a year and my EE sim card expired. Now I have another EE sim card and I was told in the store that I will only be able to manage my package from the website if I delete my old account and register a new one.


Can somebody help me in getting this done?

You need to call CS on 150 and ask them to delete your account.



To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
