Re: Hi EE, there seems to be an ongoing problem with your website on PC and App

Hi @Alex_S,

Not yet, I thought I'd come here first and see if it was a general issue or just me.

I don't use an app to access my account.

Re: Hi EE, there seems to be an ongoing problem with your website on PC and App

Hi @jonparadise,

I can access my online account ok this morning, but we have had a few users last night and this morning who have also advised they have had difficulties.

If you call our technical support team, they will log the call type and if there is anything that needs looked into.

The more customers that report the issue, the more aware EE are of the scale and number of customers affected 🙂

Slightly different errors -

Website:

App:

The error code changes each time on the app.

Re: Hi EE, there seems to be an ongoing problem with your website on PC and App

I've been having the same problems logging in for weeks now.

I have been logging in using the same phone, number and sim card for around 18 months with no problems at all. Now I get different error codes every time I try and log in with the EE app along with a message saying something is wrong at EE's end and they're working on it.

If I try and log in on the website on a PC I get the same error message that others have posted on here. This is annoying as I don't know what allowances I have left.

I've tried clearing the app's cache but it still won't work. I can't believe such a problem has gone on for so long!

Thanks, that's handy but I'd still ike to access my account through the app so I can add cards and numbers etc.

Very similar to the problem I was experiencing.  EE certainly appears to be aware of a problem, indeed one advisor I spoke to in Retentions confirmed this.
