Hello @Wendystraw sorry to hear the app log in is not working properly for you. Try turning PIN code sign in off then back on, restarting the app and trying again. You may need to delete the app, restart your phone first and then re-install the app to make sure you have a clean bug free copy on your phone. 🙂
