Have you both tried alternative browsers to log in?

 

Are you personal or business pay monthly EE customers.

My original post states that I get the same result with any browser.

Ther are other posts about this problem from other affected customers, so I'm confident it's NOT anything to do with my specific account. I am a business pay monthly customer.
