Has anyone else lost the ability to login to their account?

For weeks now I’ve been unable to login to the website or app as I keep being told I’m not registered.  I’ve tried re-registering but am then told that I’m already registered.  Currently unable to view my bills.

 

I’ve tried Customer Service who re-activated my account but it made no difference.

Call CS and ask them to delete your account, then you can register again.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

Have you tried clearing the cache and cookies from your internet browser?

 

Are you able to try using the site on a different browser to the one you're currently using?

Yes. I tried that. I’ve even tried to login on other devices - iPhone and laptop.  Each time I am told that my account does not exist.

I recommend speaking to our technical support team, they will be able to look into why this isn't working for your and look for a fix.
