I have seen many issues with the verification email process for a new account giving an "oops...." message but mine just hangs... it's not my browser I have tried on a work laptop and I have tried on my mac book and I have tried via my phone. I can't verify the email address via the link on the email. I also have attempted to download the app, and this again is coming up with the same issue... nothing happens.
Anyone having the same issue? Quite worrying I have transferred to EE and I see simple processes like this failing... (I can see posts re. The same issue going back couple of years!?! 😳)

If you are using Chrome then it won't work. Use another browser such as edge or ie.
