Getting the "Association - Error"

Today my phone app won't work correctly - using the fingerprint access. Have to Login on the App. That throws up an Association - Error" and claims it is being fixed. I doubt it. What's this all about? Any ideas?

Can you access the app using a PIN or password?

 

Are you able to log into your My EE account online?

I have the very same kind of problem for severalweeks now. I can access my App using my PIN and can access my account online too but the error message is what appears immidiately and nothing else about the number shows. I need My EE number back online as I have got a top up pending that I need to use.

In my case it meant my brother had taken on a new contract without letting
me know. I was managing his phone. So the error can mean "contract
changed".

Hi @Israeleria.

 

I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team so they can check to make sure your My EE Account is set up correctly.

 

@ericlowe - Have you been able to get the error sorted?
