Hello @Lourob72 sorry to hear you are having problems logging in to the MYEE app. Are you still able to log in online through a browser? Try deleting the app, restarting your phone first and then installing and logging in to the app using your phones data (not WiFi) connection. 🙂

Have you previously been able to log in to the app successfully?

 

Just one last quick question - have you recently moved from Orange or T-Mobile to EE?
