Ee does not recognise my number

I have ben trying for a long time to to confirm my registration however ee repeatedly says it does not recognise my number

Hi,

 

You are an EE customer (not Orange, Tmobile, BT).

 

If you cannot register then call CS on 150 and ask them to delete any profile set up for you, then you can register again.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
