Ee app

Hi , the ee app never seems to be working properly nor the website. How am I supposed to know what I’m spending and I was charged more for my bill last month and I couldn’t check why exactly.

Welcome to the community.

 

If the app and website both aren't working, it sounds it could be a problem with your individual account.

 

I recommend following @Chris_B's advice and speak to our Mobile Care team on 150. They'll do their best to get it working.
