Ee app not working for 1 week, uninstalled but still not working

EE app not working, been over a week, just says technical error and come back later, uninstalled app and re downloaded but still the same, any help?

What device do you have?

 

If you have an Android device try clearing the EE app cache. (Settings - application/apps)

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
