Hmm yes for about a week as I was looking at the account - been on the phone to your CS today re upgrades /contract renewal and I mentioned it.
As they made changes they did occur almost immediately but it’s the original log in which takes time. Once in it’s a bit quicker but not a quick as it used to be. As I have said the iPhone app is a little slow too in the same way.

Done those two things James. App a bit better but not much. Web site no change susepct it's at your end.

When loading the web page intially, takes ages. Then when paging through my account it takes the same time. I removed cookies etc makes no difference.
The app is fine.
