EE have closed my online account saying I no longer have an account with them.

I tried logging in online to enquire about an upgrade.  The response was 'You no longer have an account with us. It has been closed'.  My phone is still up and running and I have been paying my bill regularly. I tried to re-register but it says my email address already has an account online.  I have tried ringing EE but can't get any options I need.  I tried an online chat but they're too busy. It's difficult for me to get to the local EE shop at the moment.  EE are a joke for customer service.

Any suggestions?

I suggest you persist with calling CS on 150.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

I'd recommend trying to contact our Mobile Care team again so they can look into your account.

 

If you call 150 and follow the options to get to our technical team, they will be able to help you.
