EE app and browser log-in failure.

Cannot access my EE app or log in to my account on the website. I have 2 EE sims, both data only and can get info on only 1 via add-on status link so cannot gift data. I see others are having similar problems.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

Are the SIMs on contract or PAYG?

What error codes are you receiving?

 

Are these seen when you try and log in?

 

Are you seeing the same errors when you log into both the app and the website?
