EE Perks - NHS Discount Code Does Not Work

I upgraded my Sim today expecting to be able to apply the EE Perks NHS discount code my wife (a hard working NHS key worker) supplied.  However, when I tried to apply it to the Sim upgrade (in the Addon section, under got a gift voucher) I just got "Sorry, that voucher’s not valid".

I continued with the upgrade as I needed it.

However, it is very disappointing that given the hype EE are giving to how they are helping out key workers that this voucher did not work.

At the very  least I would like an explanation as to why it did not work.

I phoned customer service and they were able to apply the code.

glad this got sorted, but disappointed it didn’t work in the first place.

Just tried my nhs code online and it says the same but if I enter a UNiDAYS code it’s fine why is that ?

Hi, trying to register for EE perks as I work for the NHS but every time I click the link to verify my account I get taken to the same page on EE perks saying ‘an email has been sent to *nhs email*. Please click the link to verify’

 

Tried to change email address to a personal one so I can upload a pic of my ID card to verify but this didn’t work either. Nor did the ‘forgotten login details’ link. Please help!

I have a Blue Light Card and i have been trying to get the discount code for NHS PERK DISCOUNT for days and its not working??? i have been trying to get through to speak with someone but long wait!!
