EE Association Error

Hi,

 

I moved from PAYG to a Monthly Contract last month. I've tried to log in to the EE app to check my bill, but it says that I need to add my number (it's the same mobile number as my PAYG SIM). Unfortunately, every time I try to access my account on EE it says that there's and association error. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Welcome to the community.

 

If you give our Mobile Care team a call on 150, they will be able to remove your pay as you go account that is attached to your number and you can then set up your pay monthly account 🙂
