I just had my direct debit date changed via the online chat, and now the My EE app has stopped working.
Upon launching it just after having the date change actioned, it gave an error and then asked me to log-in again.
After doing so, it again presented me with the error view.
"Something's gone wrong. It's out fault. We're trying to fix it."
It gives an error code of: 6420A.
P.S Love lithium, although it was hard finding the actual forums here...
