I have a iPhone XR under pay monthly contract with EE. Ihave had to port my old EE number out and back in again to keep it with my new contract. My EE shows 'device not recognised'. Is there any way of correcting this please?

That display is purely cosmetic & does not affect the use of your phone or MyEE. It will catch up eventually, but doesn't matter if it doesn't.
