Data Gifting

Can someone please give a step by step guide to a technophobe on how to gift data. I have spent hours going round and round the EE web site and app but it appears impossible - thank you.

To gift data, you need to be the person who runs the account (usually who pays the bill). I assume you are this person?

Also, if someone on your account is on your shared plan, you can’t gift data to them.

Sorry, you would need a pay monthly plan to gift data to other pay monthly numbers on the same account.
