Every time I try to log in to my EE mobile account, it comes up with an error message, saying I am unable to log in at the moment, this is ongoing for over 4 days? tried resetting password etc, but didnt work!

When was the last time you were logged into your online account?
Have you tried both online and the app?

I have this same issue, keep going round in circles. To top it all off I am currently in Spain and can't contact you. You really need a text service.
