Changing roles on my account is an issue

I cannot change my role to the bill payer on my ee online account it is stuck on as me being the user. How do i change my role?

Hi @DAAL

 

Log into EE online, then menu - Account Settings. Tick both boxes.

 

If this doesn't work then call CS on 150.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
