Cant register for the app


Complete nightmare. Tells me to register on the website, which i have, redirects me and tells me i have to delete my cookies, which i have, and still cant get the app. Fed up pissing about with it. 

Wish i hadn't bothered upgrading. 

The whole website and and app is outdated garbage anyway. I'm not too happy. Can you tell?

I'm sorry to hear you are having problems logging in to My EE.

 

If you are already registered for My EE, it won't allow you to create a new account.

 

Please get in touch with Customer Care so we can reset your account.

@Thisispish   The website and app both work fine for me.    And what has upgrading got to do with it ?  it’s the same account you had before your upgrade.

It was fine before i upgraded. Now i have to re-register and i am coming up with error messages galore. 

My details have not changed.

@Thisispish : You don't need to re-register just cuz you upgraded. Your existing MyEE a/c is still valid for the upgraded phone.

I do. Or i wouldn't be posting this drivel. 

The website has been re-directing as has the app. Cant log in. 

Getting messages to delete cookies  

Deleted cookies and the cache. No further forward. Not pissing about anymore. They can ram it.
