Cant log in my EE account, keep getting error c5f10 on the app

I can't login to my EE account both on the computer and on the app, I've tried 3 different browsers and nothing is happening.

Same! I can't log in to the app or the web version either! What' going on EE! Is the issue sorted or not !

Sme can’t log in either keeps saying login error wait for servers to update in a minute but it has been 1 week
