Cannot login on website or MyEE

I cannot login.

 

When I enter the email address and password it just refreshes the login page. This is the same for the website across multiple browsers. The myEE thing says "We don't recognise this email address or password."

 

I have changed the password. Doesn't help. Remarkable.

Hello @BobbyYork since you have tried multiple browsers and still experience the same issue please contact customer service or Live Chat who can access the account to investigate why you can not log in:
