Whenever I attempt to log into the My EE Android app on my phone or the My EE section of the EE website via browser on ANY device at all I always receive an error message, usually something along the lines of "Sorry, we were unable to complete your request right now. Please try again later." or "Sorry, we're having a little difficulty right now. Try closing the app and coming back a bit later"
I have tried resetting the password on my account, reinstalling the app then re-input the login details, cleared cookies/browsing data etc, and tried different browsers including Chrome/IE11/Edge.
This has been going on for quite some time, so long in fact that I can't actually remember the last time it worked successfully. Please can this problem be investigated?

Thanks @James_B I have contacted customer services via the support chat, the agent was very helpful and the problem has now been resolved.
