Cannot log in to website, "too many redirects". App says account closed.

When I try to log into the MyEE website, it causes an error stating "too many redirects", while the app now tells me my account has been closed despite upgrading my contract today.

So I can try and assist, please may I know if you have tried the following:

  • Trying an alternative browser
  • Clearing Cache and cookies
