Cannot access My EE account

Am trying to register/logon to My EE, having just joined EE from Vodafone.

 

I was previously an EE customer 2+ years ago, so I still have an account.

 

However, when I log in, it says "Sorry, your account has been closed".

 

Any ideas?

 

I can't create a new account with the same email address, and don't want to use a different email address.

@andycallaghan  You don’t have a account as that was closed,  if you wish to use the same email address as that you used on your old account you’ll need to call customer services so they remove your email address from their systems for you to setup on your new account.
