Can't login to EE app on my new phone, as my phone number is "registered" before

Please does anyone know how to solve this problem?
I had bought a new phone, and I am trying to login my EE app on the new device. After I keyed in my password, pin, activate Face ID, the app asked me to key in my phone number. When I key in my phone number, it stated "this number is being registered before", and I could not proceed through this part, thus couldn't log into my account.
