Could you give me the phone number of your technical support team for user accounts and the website?
I've been a registered user for some time, but am now unable to log in to my account online. I just end up stuck in a loop on the log-in page, with no explanation of why. I've tried with multiple browsers and changing my password to no effect. I've also tried to log in with the app on my phone and have the same issue.

@ksg Was this a simple fix? I’m having the exact same issue which has been going on for a few weeks now. I either get a “too many https reroute requests” or “cannot download open in different app” depending on which browser and platform I use, which sounds similar to your issue?

@Richard_C Thanks for the advice after more searching it seems that due to the decommissioning of the orange, broadband memebers area and the linking to mobile accounts as a customer who was both mobile and broadband/tv accounts and then went to just broadband/tv things were getting confused. I thought I’d registered my home broadband a few days ago but obviously this hadn’t worked. Now complete I have access.
Other customers with this problem - it’s not obvious how to find the register home broadband (without mobile contract) page but it is out there. You’ll need either your home phone number or account number (sent by email when you have a bill waiting)
