Hi all, I’m trying to speak to someone who’s actually a human, but the automated system is not recognising the options I am selecting even though I’m pushing the correct option number. Anyone know a way I can get through without doing this?

The simple non technical way is to press any option, or the leave EE option.

Try +44 800 956 6000 (option 2, option 4) . That won't ask for a mobile no.
