Can't add my number after changing plan

I was using a prepaid SIM. Received a call from EE to move to monthly plan which I did. After that when I tried to log in to my EE account, it asked me to add my number again (eventhough this was done previously). Problem is when I key in my number and clicked confirm, it says "Client side validation error message prefix" and I cannot add my number. Now I'm stuck.

 

No issue whatsoever before the "upgrade".

 

Anyone experienced before?

Hi @FirJ

Call customer service on 150 from ee or any other provider to 0800 079 8586. 

Ask them to reset your email address that you use previously for your my EE account.

Then you can register your number again with same email address.

I agree with @tahirmian, I too would recommend speaking with our customer service team.

 

They will be able to make sure your My EE Account is set up correctly.
