I wanted to add a new apple watch to my existing plan. I have an iPhone XR, but when I click on the link from MyEE, a new tab opens and I am told that my account is cancelled and I can't purchase. I know that this is not the case as I can access my main account page, and I pay monthly by direct debit. Payments are up to date.
Anyone know what the problem might be?

@tenpigs I recommend you call customer services to fix this error.

Thanks for your reply. I went on to live chat, and the agent was very helpful. He says the website login should be fixed, which it is as I have just checked.
He also ordered my apple watch for me. However, he charged me an upfront fee for it, which I now see I didn't have to pay. He did give me the 10% off though!
I will get back to them about the upfront fee.
