For the past month or so I can’t access my EE account, I have 2 numbers shared in the family and I can’t share data like I used to. The message is:
Sorry, we were unable to complete your request right now. Please try again later.
I have repeatedly tried and no luck.

Are you set up as the account holder? you can check this by seeing if you can view a full bill.
