I’ve been trying to log in to the my EE app for over a week, to upgrade my phone and package. I’ve realised the deal I’m getting is pretty poor when looking online and there are much better ones to be had.
Every time I log in there is a log in fault on the app, so I try on the website instead.
When I try on the website I can log in but the moment I try and access my account I also get another failure.
Ive tried changing passwords, deleting the app ect and it’s nothing to do with these.
I cant go into a store for my upgrade and I’ve nearly used all my data for the month and would really like to upgrade and log in ASAP.
