Broadband bills not loading

My bill for broadband is ready to download and view, however it’s is only loading page 1 of 5 very small at top of page ? Also if I go onto previous bills that I have downloaded in the past, it is also doing the same, but historically I have downloaded the whole bill, has the new update messed this up ? Need to see the whole bill as it’s more than expected so need to see the extra costs

Have you tried downloading your bill in a different web browser to see if that is the issue?
