I am trying to upgrade my current phone contract as I’m due an upgrade but I can’t because the systems are down. I was wanting to upgrade to the p30 pro but now I cannot. How can I go about this deal being honoured since it’s meant to be until midnight but there is no service available to upgrade ?

Black Friday was 3 days ago, you are leaving it a bit late at 23.00 to upgrade. You can try calling CS tomorrow on 150 to see if the deal is still on.
