Billing & data left details not working

Hi,

 

For the last few days i can't use the App or even online to show how much Data i have left, extra charges, when data reloads etc.  I need to keep tabs on this as i have 4 contracts for the kids and my son keeps going over so it is useful for me to keep an eye on him.

 

Anyone else having problems or is there a fix?

@Lugger   Call customer services and request to get they reset your online account.

Thanks for coming to the community.

 

Do you get an error message when you try and view this?

 

Also, if you select another number from the menu to see the usage. does this show?

It says:

 

"There seems to be a problem...

Sorry, we're having a little difficulty right now.  Try closing the app and coming back a bit later.

I have deleted and reset the app, used PC to try access account details but get that all the time.  Can't even get to select the different numbers on my account.
