Based now in US need to make payment, cant call, or access UK phone or account?
Help much appreciated.
I am based in the US now, with a US phone on a different carrier. I have an old contract with EE on a UK phone which I have no access to now. I am now getting letters that my bill is due. I go to log on to make payment with my American card, and cannot sign in because I need the UK phone to be able to do that. I try to call EE, but cannot call UK phone number with my US phone. No email available to ask for help. So just stuck unable to pay the bill? Any help would be great!
