Association error



I ve had my pay as you go plan transformed to a pay monthly plan last month with success but since that time, I can' t connect to my profile anymore. 

When I am trying to connect either on my smartphone with the app or online with my computer I am getting an association error. I know that my plan is working as It was properly updated when I checked the balance by texting the 150 but I really would like to be able to use the app again to control my data allowance.

Is there a known issue about it?
