Are cracked screens included in the "Good as new" warranty? If not, what is?

I upgraded my phone last week to the Samsung S7 "Good as new" but, unfortunately, I got my phone knocked out of my hand and now the back has cracked.

As part of the 'Good as new' deal, it said it came with 12 months free warranty. However, I do not know if my cracked screen is included.

Does anyone know, and if it is not included, where I could get it repaired?

Thanks!

Re: Are cracked screens included in the "Good as new" warranty? If not, what is?

Hi @Temitope16 and welcome to the community.

The device can be repaired, as a cracked screen is classed as an out of warranty repair you would incur a charge.

Please do pop over to our repair guide for further information.

Many thanks,

Re: Are cracked screens included in the "Good as new" warranty? If not

Its best to check your warrenty T&C's and if still unsure ring EE and check to make sure that it is. No warrenty's only mean if the phone is FAULTY not a cracked screen...

Please dont quote me on this best get it confirmed...
