Stuck at 'Logging in...' past the touch ID verification. 10 minutes and counting. Restarting doesn't help.
My second day with EE and I already have stupid issues. Way to go EE 🙂
P.S. Kind of glad I haven't committed to a contract yet

If you are trying to log in on Android (you haven't said) then go into settings - applications/apps and find the EE app. Then clear the cache/date.
If that doesn't work it would be helpful to say what device you are using.

I am using my old trusty iPhone 6. And I have downloaded the app yesterday, so I guess it should be a fairly recent version.
