App and website issues

Hi, Since I've gone from PAYG to Contract, I can't ever seem to log into my app or my account on the website,it's getting really frustrating,all I'm getting is error messages or that the site is down!?? Can anyone help? Getting so annoyed with this now! Thanks in advance 😊

Welcome to the EE Community,

 

If you give customer services a call on 150 they will be able to remove your PAYG account from your MyEE profile and add your PAYM account for you.
